Canyoning in Keltneyburn
Your journey begins at a designated meeting point on Dunkeld Road in Aberfeldy, where we will then make our way to a picturesque wooded area of Keltneyburn, celebrated for its stunning wildflower meadows, a must-see attraction in Scotland!
As we venture into the untamed forest, it quickly becomes clear why this spot is a favored destination for canyoning enthusiasts. With a brief safety briefing from our instructor, we will gear up with the necessary canyoning equipment and embark on our rocky expedition.
Equipped with helmets and secured by ropes, we will navigate down some rocks to arrive at a natural pool. Here, you will have ten minutes to enjoy a refreshing swim, a welcome break to recover from the exhilarating ascent, before tackling the next exciting challenge. This portion involves climbing up rocks, where you will also get the chance to jump from a height of 20 feet (6 meters)!
After an exhilarating two hours of climbing and jumping, we will conclude our adventure by returning to the original meeting location.
