Canyoning in Keltneyburn
Meeting at your chosen time on Dunkeld Road in Aberfeldy, we will proceed to a wooded area of Keltneyburn, known for its wildflower meadow, one of the most visited in Scotland.
Entering the rugged forest, you will see why this is one of the most popular places for canyoning in the region. After a brief explanation from the instructor, we will get equipped with canyoning gear and start our journey over the rocks.
With helmets on for safety, we will descend some rocks to reach a natural pool. There, we will have ten minutes to swim and recover from the adrenaline rush of rock climbing, before facing our next challenge. We will then climb up some rocks and have the opportunity to jump from a height of 20 feet (6 metres).
After two hours of rock climbing, we will return to the original meeting point where the activity will conclude.
