Ducky Rafting on the River Tay
After meeting your guide on Dunkeld Road in Aberfeldy at the scheduled time, we'll head down to the banks of the River Tay, where our instructor will provide information about ducky rafting. Once equipped with all necessary gear, we'll embark.
The ducky is a raft-like vessel combining elements of a kayak and Canadian canoe, used to navigate the River Tay, known for its white water rapids. During the calmer sections, we can enjoy the scenic Scottish countryside, while remaining alert for upcoming rapids.
Paddling vigorously, we'll descend the rapids of the Tay at full speed. The unique design of the duckies will bounce you into the air, providing an adrenaline rush at each obstacle.
After two hours of ducky rafting, we will return to the original meeting point to conclude the experience.
