The Abu Dhabi sightseeing bus (Big Bus Tours) offers a practical way of touring the city. The double-decker open-top bus travels to key sights, allowing you to get on and off at any stop to explore at your pace.

Routes and stops

The bus operates on 2 different two-hour routes, serving over 20 stops near main tourist attractions. English-language commentary is available along the journey. Notable stops include Heritage Village, Corniche Road, and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, as well as Ferrari World theme park.

Options

1-day ticket: Unlimited access to the Big Bus service for one day.2-day ticket + Sheikh Zayed Mosque + Louvre Abu Dhabi: Usage of buses for 2 days, includes a mosque tour and museum admission.2-day ticket + Sheikh Zayed Mosque + Presidential Palace + Louvre Abu Dhabi: Includes all benefits of the previous option plus a Presidential Palace tour.

How does it work?

The ticket is valid for 1 or 2 consecutive days from first use. You can hop on and off the buses multiple times. Reservations require a start date, but the service can be used anytime within twelve months of that date. A voucher will be sent for use on the first bus.

Timetable and frequency

Red line (city tour): 9 am to 5 pm, hourly. The route takes about an hour and a half.Green line (Yas Island tour): Two daily departures at 12 pm and 2:30 pm. The tour lasts approximately one hour and 40 minutes.
