Built in 1795, Qasr Al Hosn Fort is the oldest building in Abu Dhabi. It has served various roles, including home to the ruling family, a seat of government, and the national archive for over 200 years. The ticket allows you to explore both the 18th-century fortress and the palace annex from the 1930s. Access the museum to learn about the fort's historical role in maritime trade routes.

Opening hours
Qasr Al Hosn is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm, except Fridays when it operates from 2 pm to 8 pm. During the Al Hosn festival celebrations from January 30 to February 4, 2025, it will be open from 4 pm to 11 pm, with final admission at 10:30 pm.
