San Diego Fort Tour + Caleta and Caletilla Beaches

On this tour, we'll explore Acapulco's culture, history, and nature, including visits to Caleta and Caletilla beaches. We will pick you up at your hotel in Acapulco and take you to the Fort of San Diego, a 17th-century bastion designed to defend the city against pirate attacks.

We will cross the drawbridge that rises over the moat to enter the fort, where we will spend an hour at the Acapulco Historical Museum. The tour will cover the significance of this fort in Mexico's history, focusing on key events related to the Mexican Independence and Revolution. Visitors will see cannons, carriages, and other historical artifacts used in battles.

After the fort visit, we will proceed to the House of Masks, featuring an exhibition of masks with indigenous motifs. Next, we will walk to the Quebrada for views of the city.

Then, we will head to Caleta and Caletilla beaches. You will have an hour of free time to enjoy the beach attractions. Finally, we will return to your hotel after a 6-hour excursion.
