South Ghana Tour Package: 6 Days

Day 1: Arrival in Accra

Upon landing at Accra airport, you will be taken to the city center. A sightseeing tour will cover significant areas, including the University of Ghana and James Town, known for its historic lighthouses. The tour includes a visit to the fish market and Oxford Street with its shops. The day ends at your hotel in Accra where you can rest.

If you arrive in the evening, you will go directly to the hotel.

Day 2: Accra - Ada Foah

After breakfast, the tour begins at Independence Square, then proceeds to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. You will have lunch before departing to Ada Foah, arriving after a two-hour coastal drive.

In the afternoon, you will check into your hotel and have dinner.

Day 3: Ada Foah

Following breakfast, enjoy bird watching in Ada Foah. After lunch, a boat tour will take you to the mangroves and islands, including a visit to a gin production site. The day will conclude with your return to the hotel.

Day 4: Ada Foah - Elmina

This day, visit Elmina, the first European settlement in West Africa. After lunch, explore the Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its history related to slavery. Later, check into your beachside hotel and visit an animal sanctuary.

Day 5: Elmina

On the fifth day, enjoy the hotel's facilities. After breakfast, there will be free time to relax by the pool or take a horse ride along the beach.

Day 6: Elmina - Accra

After breakfast, travel back to Accra, passing through the Kingdom of Denkyira. Stop at West Hills Mall for lunch, before heading to either the Arts Centre or Accra airport based on your flight schedule.
