Underwater Scooter Adventure at Aci Castello

We will gather at the agreed location, Via Provinciale 23/25 in Aci Trezza. From there, our journey begins with a walk to Aci Castello Port, where we will board a boat and receive all the essential gear for our adventure.

As we navigate towards the Protected Cyclopean Isles Marine Reserve, we will provide an overview of how to operate the underwater scooters and highlight the benefits they offer while you're submerged. This innovative diving aid enables you to glide effortlessly through the water, enhancing your diving experience by allowing you to explore without fatigue.

With a qualified instructor by your side, you will descend into the depths, reaching up to 60 feet (18 meters). Clinging to the underwater scooter, you'll glide past volcanic formations and wrecked vessels, taking in the vibrant marine life. Expect to encounter octopuses, seabreams, seahorses, and a variety of other aquatic creatures.

Following our underwater exploration, we will return to the boat to conclude our four-hour expedition back at the initial meeting point.

Diving Certification Requirement

Participation in this diving experience requires you to hold a valid PADI Open Water International certification or an equivalent to ensure you are well-prepared for the dive.
