Join us on the Aci Castello Underwater Scooter Tour to explore the seabed of the Cyclopean Isles in a unique and effortless way. This diving experience is both fascinating and unforgettable.

Our tour starts at 8:30 am at Via Lungomare dei Ciclopi, where we will gather and head to Aci Castello Port. After boarding a boat, we will provide you with all the necessary scuba diving equipment.

As we sail towards the Protected Cyclopean Isles Marine Reserve, our guides will explain how the underwater scooters operate and the benefits they offer for swimming underwater. These aquatic propulsion devices enhance your diving experience by allowing you to move effortlessly underwater, preventing fatigue.

Accompanied by an instructor at all times, you will dive to a depth of 60 feet (18 meters) into the sea. Using the underwater scooter, you will glide past volcanic faults, sunken ships, and observe the diverse marine flora and fauna, including octopi, sea breams, and seahorses.

After the dive, we will return to the boat, concluding the activity by 12:30 pm at the starting point.

Diving Certification

Participants must hold a PADI Open Water International certification or equivalent to join this diving activity, ensuring readiness for the dive.
