Baron Island Boat Trip

Drop anchor off the coast of stunning Baron Island, enjoy a drink, and relax to the ambient onboard chill-out music. This fantastic cruise is the perfect plan for any visitor to La Manga.

Description

We'll meet up at the docks of Punta el Pedruchillo, where the boat will be waiting to take you on a wonderful 2-hour ride around the beautiful coastline of Murcia. We'll head towards the picturesque Baron Island, also known as Isla Mayor, located in the center of a coastal saltwater lagoon known as Mar Menor.

As we skirt the island, you can enjoy the sea breeze at sunset while admiring the Tower, the palacete, the 19th-century neo-Mudejar chapel, Punta del Fraile and Playa de las Monjas beach. You’ll also hear about the legend of the island!

If we're fortunate, we may spot some of the mouflons that graze on the largest island in the Region of Murcia.

On the return journey, we'll pass over a natural sand spit known as La Seca. Finally, we'll bring you back to the starting point 50 minutes later.
