At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from the meeting point you selected during booking. Our journey will begin from Mexico City to the state of Querétaro.
First, we will visit Tequisquiapan, with about an hour and a half of free time to explore its streets and local handicraft shops.
Next, we'll visit the Bocanegra Cheese Cellar for a detailed explanation of the cheese aging process over approximately an hour and a half. You'll enjoy a tasting of five cheeses paired with a glass of wine.
Our journey will continue to the Freixenet vineyards, where you will tour the facilities and learn about the local winemaking process, including a visit to their cellar, the deepest in Latin America at 25 meters (82 feet) deep.
