Pucayaquillo Waterfall Day Trip

After collecting you from your accommodation in Tarapoto at the agreed time, we will begin our adventure by boarding a comfortable minibus, taking us to the spectacular natural park that houses the Pucayaquillo Waterfall.

Upon reaching our destination, we'll disembark and initiate a 45-minute hike through the vibrant wilderness. As we navigate the lush Peruvian jungle, immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature and enjoy the melodious songs of various birds.

Before long, the stunning 66-foot (20-meter) Pucayaquillo Waterfall will come into view. You’ll enjoy a 30-minute break here, allowing you to refresh yourself in the waters and relax on the rocks as the cascading water flows over you.

Following this, we will continue for another 45 minutes towards Pumarinri, a secluded lodge immersed in the jungle that offers breathtaking views of the Huallaga River. Once there, a delicious main dish along with a drink will be served for lunch. After your meal, you can enjoy 30 minutes of free time to swim in the lodge's pool.

Finally, we will make our way back to Tarapoto, where you will be returned to your hotel approximately six hours after our departure.
