Description

At your chosen time, we'll meet on Calle las Artes in La Caleta de Costa Adeje. Let's explore Southern Tenerife's seabed!

First, we'll get kitted out in our scuba diving equipment, including flippers and the scuba tank. We'll explain the role of each piece of equipment, how to use underwater communication signals, and essential safety rules to follow during the lesson.

We'll walk to the shore and enter the La Caleta de Adeje protected nature reserve. You will be accompanied by the instructor throughout the lesson to ensure a safe experience while observing marine life. During your scuba diving lesson, you'll encounter various fish, manta rays, and different plant species.

After 1.5 - 2 hours of fun, you will receive your beginner's scuba diving certificate before we conclude back at the starting point.

After the dive, you should wait at least 12 hours before boarding a plane or entering high-altitude areas.
