Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the port of Colón in Costa Adeje. We'll board a catamaran and begin sailing along the west coast of Tenerife to find various whale and dolphin species in the Atlantic Ocean.

Our route will take us through the Teno-Rasca marine strip, a protected area and sanctuary for numerous whales and dolphins. This habitat is supported by favorable water temperature, depth, and food supply.

The specific species we may encounter depend on the ocean currents, but we hope to see bottlenose dolphins, pilot whales, or sperm whales. We will provide interesting facts about these animals and utilize an underwater sound system to hear their vocalizations.

Additionally, the trip offers views of the famous Los Gigantes cliffs and Masca Bay. We will anchor in Masca Bay for a swim in the sea.

After swimming, lunch will be served on the catamaran, featuring a chicken and vegetable rice dish and fresh fruit. Beverages including beer, soft drinks, or water are available from the bar.

The catamaran trip will last a total of 5 hours, concluding upon our return to the starting point.
