Details of the Day Trip

We will begin by picking you up from your selected meeting point in the southern region of Tenerife, directing our journey towards the Teide National Park.

Upon arrival at the cable car station, the excitement commences! You will board the gondolas for an ascent to an impressive altitude of 3555 metres until reaching the Rambleta viewpoint. Here, you will be greeted with stunning panoramas of the Cañadas del Teide, a sight worthy of the finest postcards.

You will have an hour to explore at your leisure—perfect for a self-catered lunch and a stroll in the vicinity. Several hiking pathways beckon during this time. A visit to the Pico Viejo viewpoint rewards you with views of the neighboring islands: La Gomera, La Palma, and El Hierro. Additionally, you can take in the scenic La Orotava valley and the striking Teide Astrophysical Observatory domes.

After an hour of exploration at the summit, it's time to descend back to the base station. From there, a bus will transport you to the stunning Roques de Garcia, known for its enchanting and renowned views of Teide. As you navigate the stairways amongst these rocky formations, marvel at the expansive Llano de Ucanca, a landscape reminiscent of another planet. Prepare to be amazed!

The experience concludes with your return to the original meeting point after approximately 7 hours.

Pickup Information

This tour includes pickup from the following southern Tenerife areas between 6:30 am and 9:35 am. Ensure that you specify your preferred pickup location when making your reservation.

Zone 1: Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje offer daily pickups. El Médano and Golf del Sur are serviced on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.Zone 2: Los Gigantes, Puerto Santiago, Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraíso, Marazul, and Playa de la Arena are available for pickup on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Additional Information

Please be aware that individuals with cardiovascular conditions, pregnant women, and those with reduced mobility are unable to use the cable car. Additionally, only proper sports or hiking footwear is permitted for safety reasons; sandals, backless shoes, heeled footwear, and smooth-soled shoes are not allowed.
