Adelaide Guided Tour
We'll meet at 10 am in front of Adelaide City Hall to start this guided tour of the city. Amazing locations await you!
At this central point in Adelaide, we'll begin to review the history of the city and how it evolved into the coastal capital of South Australia. We'll walk through its streets and see architectural icons, including the Adelaide Treasure building, noted for its colonial style.
We'll continue the tour discovering symbolic locations, such as the statues of Queen Victoria, Charles Cameron Kingston, and John McDouall Stuart; the Adelaide Administration Office, the St. Francis Xavier Cathedral of Adelaide, and Victoria Square, known to locals as "Tarndanyangga," meaning "the place to dream of the red kangaroo."
After two hours of walking through Adelaide and learning about this city, we'll arrive at the old General Post Office, where the tour will end at 12 pm.
