Dolphin Sighting & Ship Graveyard Cruise

At the indicated time, we'll meet at McLaren Wharf in Port Adelaide to begin this exciting cruise. Witness the natural beauty and rich history of Adelaide’s waterways.

As we board our boat, our adventure around the coast will begin, offering stunning views while our guide narrates the local history and ships encountered along the way.

The Port Adelaide River is rich in stories, being a former trading hub. As we sail, we will observe shipwrecks and landmarks, learning their fascinating histories. We will see massive wrecks partially submerged in the waters.

Next, we will proceed to the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary, home to one of the few wild dolphin populations in a city. Keep an eye out for local dolphins, with possible sightings of newborn calves in warmer months.

We will continue towards the International Bird Sanctuary to observe migratory shorebirds, including threatened species like the Curlew Sandpiper, as well as popular species such as the Australian Pelican and Pied Cormorant.

Finally, this cruise will conclude after a total of 1.5 hours.
