Meet us at a farmhouse located on the Via Radicosa in Pianillo for an engaging cooking class on the Amalfi Coast.

Our expert chef will welcome us and provide initial instructions for making three iconic dishes: tiramisu, mozzarella, and a pasta dish of your choice between noodles or gnocchi. We will first create a perfect tiramisu using mascarpone, whipped cream, coffee, and cookies.

Next, we will learn the secrets to making mozzarella from fresh milk, guided through traditional techniques. Following this, we will make our own pasta, choosing to create noodles or gnocchi, while also preparing the accompanying sauce, demanding equal care and attention.

As our stove tops heat up, we will enjoy a glass of local wine while taking in the Amalfi Coast views. Once our meal is ready, we will sit together to enjoy our home-cooked dishes and conclude the experience with a digestive drink of limoncello.

The cooking class lasts about 3 hours, providing an immersive culinary experience to remember.
