Description

Our adventure begins at the scheduled time, meeting at your preferred location for the entrance to Sensoria, a rainforest nestled on the northern slopes of the Rincón de la Vieja volcano. Known as the "Land of the Senses," Sensoria offers a unique blend of relaxation and adventure.

We will welcome you with a drink before embarking on a 7-kilometer (4.3-mile) hike. During the hike, you will observe the wild landscapes and stop at waterfalls and natural pools, ideal for a relaxing escape. Some of these waters are said to have healing properties.

Expert guides will assist you in identifying plants and trees along the route and help spot diverse wildlife in the Costa Rican jungle. Be prepared for exciting animal sightings!

After the hiking expedition, we will head to a restaurant in the reserve for a meal consisting of a main course and a drink, concluding our adventure. Our journey will end with a return to the starting point.

Pickup and schedules

When reserving, you may choose from various starting points. For the tour with transportation from Guanacaste, pickup times will range from 6:50 to 8 am. If you prefer the tour without transportation, you must arrive at the entrance of Sensoria by 8:30 am.
