Stroll through one of Mexico's enchanting Magical Towns and discover its rich historical heritage on this day trip to Calvillo from Aguascalientes.

At 10 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Aguascalientes and head towards the Magical Town of Calvillo. After a 45-minute drive, we will arrive and enter a guava candy workshop, where we will learn about the making of this delicacy and enjoy tasting it. The guava from this area is noted for its sweetness.

We will then stroll through the historic centre of Calvillo to see the main square, the Municipal Palace, and the Church of Señor Salitre, built in 1772. We will also admire the pink façade of the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Guadalupe.

We will taste a traditional fruit ice treat before visiting some of the town’s workshops for embroidery, weaving, organic jewellery, and leather, discussing the importance of craftsmanship in Calvillo.

We will conclude the excursion back at your hotel in Aguascalientes at 3 pm.
