San José de Gracia & Casa Leal Vineyards Tour

Pick up from your hotel in Aguascalientes is at 10 am. The tour heads to Casa Leal Vineyards, located just outside the town. Upon arrival, you will have a guided tour of the winery, learning about grape cultivation and harvesting. This includes a visit to the crushing, fermentation, resting, and ageing areas to gain insights on local wine production. The vineyard tour concludes with a glass of wine accompanied by regional cheeses.

Next, the tour proceeds to San José de Gracia, a recognized Magical Town in Mexico. Visit the Presidente Calles Dam for a boat trip to the island housing the Statue of the Broken Christ, a 25-meter high concrete and steel monument symbolizing the sick and oppressed.

Afterward, return to San José to explore its traditional handicrafts, including the renowned clay pineapples. You will also see the reservoir's floodgates and enjoy panoramic views from the El Jocoqui Dam viewpoint, surrounded by forests of pines and subtropical vegetation.

Conclude the tour with a return to your hotel in Aguascalientes by 2 pm.
