The Toro Albalá winery stands as a prominent destination for wine enthusiasts in the town of Aguilar de la Frontera, where visitors can delve into the region's winemaking traditions and savor a selection of local wines.

At the designated time, we will gather at Avenida Antonio Sánchez to embark on a journey through one of the most significant wine tourism venues: the Toro Albalá winery. Our day will commence with an exploration of its modern facilities, which have a rich history dating back to 1922.

During the visit, we will discover the intricacies of vine cultivation and care, gaining insight into the unique processes that ensure the production of high-quality sweet wines.

In addition, we will have the opportunity to observe the remarkable aerial cellar. This area features signatures of notable visitors who have been welcomed at the winery throughout the years, such as Gregorio Marañón, Calvo Sotelo, the Duchess of Alba, and Queipo de Llano.

As part of our itinerary, we will examine historical agricultural tools displayed in a small museum, curated by the Toro Albalá family through the generations. The collection includes various interesting artifacts. Following this, we will proceed to the craft workshop, where we will witness the processes of labeling, sealing, and packaging the winery's bottles.

To conclude our experience, a tasting session featuring 6 local wines and 4 exclusive traditional vinegars will be offered. This enjoyable activity will wrap up after an informative hour of touring.
