At the specified time, participants will meet at Avenida Antonio Sánchez to begin the tour of the Toro Albala winery, established in 1922. The tour includes an overview of the winery's state-of-the-art facilities and a discussion on the cultivation and treatment of vines, focusing on the grape processing methods that yield high-quality sweet wines.

Visitors will also see the aerial or hanging cellar, which displays signatures of notable figures who have visited, such as Gregorio Marañón, Calvo Sotelo, the Duchess of Alba, and Queipo de Llano. The tour will include a look at historical agricultural tools in a museum curated by the Toro Albalá family, featuring various artifacts. Additionally, there will be a visit to the craft workshop to observe the labelling, sealing, and packaging of Toro Albalá bottles.

The tour concludes with a tasting of 3 local wines and 2 exclusive traditionally produced vinegars, lasting approximately 1 hour.
