Arles, Saint-Rémy & Les Baux Day Trip

We'll pick you up at 9 am from the tourist office in Aix-en-Provence and set off on an hour's journey to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

Upon arrival, we will visit Les Antiques, notable Roman monuments marking the entrance to the ancient city of Glanum. Visitors can explore Saint-Rémy at leisure, with a recommendation to visit the recreation of Van Gogh's bedroom in Saint-Paul de Mausole. On Wednesdays, the local market is also open for visitors.

Our next destination is Les Baux-de-Provence, where guests can explore its fortress atop the Alpilles and enjoy the surrounding fields. Those interested may participate in the sound and light shows of the Carrières des Lumières (entrance fee not included).

Finally, we will head to Arles, which features landscapes reminiscent of Van Gogh's artworks. Key sights include the Roman amphitheatre. If your visit is on a Saturday, you will also experience the Provencal market.

We will return to Aix-en-Provence by 5:30 pm.
