In this day trip to Cassis from Aix-en-Provence, we'll visit Calanques and Cape Canaille.
Day Trip Details
We'll meet at the indicated time on Avenue Giuseppe Verdi in Aix-en-Provence. From there, we'll head to the coast and, after a 1-hour journey by minibus, we'll arrive at the town of Cassis.
Upon arrival, we'll travel along Crest Road to Cape Canaille, the highest sea cliff in Europe. At the top, you'll enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the area. Afterward, we'll visit the fishing port of Cassis.
You may also take a boat trip to see the Calanques, sailing along the Mediterranean waters and passing natural coves that cannot be reached by land.
Our adventure ends back at the original departure point after approximately 4 to 4.5 hours from pickup.
If the tour is on Wednesday or Friday, you'll have the chance to visit the traditional market in Cassis, observing local daily life.
