Day Trip Details

We'll meet at the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office at the designated time and set off in a minibus to discover the beautiful villages of Luberon. The order we visit the different towns may change according to the day.

First, we'll visit Roussillon, one of the most beautiful towns in France. Its ochre-coloured houses and impressive cliffs will take your breath away! We'll also pass by Lourmarin, famous for its Renaissance castle. You'll get to walk through its charming streets and admire the different architectural styles.

Then, we'll head to Ansouis. This village in Provence will captivate you! Our tour will also make a brief stop in Gordes, where you'll enjoy a historic castle and beautiful panoramic views.

Lastly, we'll visit a traditional Provencal market so you can do some souvenir shopping. You'll find local artisanal products such as handmade soaps, lavender, cheeses, and fruit. If you do the activity on a Tuesday, we'll visit the market in Gordes, on Thursday in Roussillon, on Friday in Lourmarin, and on Sunday in Ansouis.

Finally, we'll finish this 8-hour day trip by returning to the meeting point in Aix-en-Provence.

Itinerary Adjustments

Between mid-June and mid-July, we'll make a brief stop at the abbey of Sénanque to take photos of the lavender field.
