Bonifacio Boat Trip
After boarding early in the morning at the port of Tino Rossi in Ajaccio, we will start our trip along the coast of Corsica towards the south of the island. Along the way, you will see a variety of natural wonders, including the “Lion of Roccapino,” a rock formation overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
As the boat approaches Bonifacio, you will see formidable limestone island cliffs and the famous rock formation known as ‘the grain of sand.’ You will also encounter the magnificent San Antonio cave, accessible only from the ocean.
Once at the luxury port of Bonifacio, you will have 4 hours of free time to tour this medieval city, founded in 833 by the margrave of Tuscany and occupied by the Genoese in 1195. During this time, you can visit the King of Aragon’s Stairway and stroll through picturesque streets.
You will also have the opportunity to eat in a restaurant in the city center. Finally, we will return to Ajaccio around 6:30 pm.
