We'll pick you up from the agreed meeting point in Akureyri and drive to Godafoss Waterfall. After a 30-minute drive, we'll arrive at the vicinity of the waterfall. In the year 1000 A.D., it became significant in the Christianization of the country. We'll discuss the legend surrounding Godafoss while exploring the natural environment. We'll see the 12-meter high Godafoss waterfall and have time for photographs before returning to Akureyri. The tour will conclude at the starting point after 2 and a half hours of hiking.
