Gold Transit Service

DESCRIPTION: The Al Maha Services Hostess will meet guests at the aerobridge/aircraft with a personalized name board. Guests will be assisted with transit formalities at the security and transfer desk; priority boarding and finally escorted by an Al Maha Service Hostess to the boarding gate.

Platinum Transit Service

DESCRIPTION: The Al Maha Services Hostess will meet guests at the aerobridge/aircraft with a personalized name board. Guests will be assisted with transit formalities at the security and transfer desk; access to the Al Maha Services Transit Lounge (up to 4 hours only); priority boarding and finally escorted by an Al Maha Service Hostess to the aerobridge/aircraft upon departure.

If the transit time is longer than 4 hours, an additional fee (depending on the current rates) will be applicable for every block of 4 hours thereafter, to be paid directly at the counter.
