Over three hours, we'll make stops at six different establishments where you'll have the chance to try some of the most emblematic dishes of Bahrain. From spiced aromas to unique flavours, each bite will immerse you in the capital's history and culture.

We'll begin our adventure at the heart of the Manama Souq, exploring the market's energetic atmosphere. As we try mezze, a selection of traditional appetisers, we'll learn about this platter's origins and cultural significance in Bahrain.

We'll then continue the tour at a traditional bakery, tasting freshly baked bread and discovering its importance to local daily life.

As we navigate the narrow streets of the Manama Souq, we'll stop at a sweets stall for treats like baklava and halva, followed by a family-run restaurant for a tasty spiced dish.
