At the designated time, we'll meet at Bab Al Bahrain to begin this tasty experience in Manama. Make sure to arrive with an empty stomach!

Over three hours, we'll make stops at six different establishments to try some of the most emblematic dishes of Bahrain. Each bite will immerse you in the capital's history and culture.

We'll begin our adventure at the heart of the Manama Souq, exploring the market's energetic atmosphere. We'll try mezze, a selection of traditional appetisers, and learn about this platter's origins and cultural significance in Bahrain.

Next, we'll visit a traditional bakery for freshly baked bread, discussing its importance to local life.

Continuing through the narrow streets, we'll stop at a sweets stall to try baklava and halva. You'll also enjoy a spiced dish at a family-run restaurant.

No food tour is complete without a visit to a tea house, where you'll relax with Bahraini tea and pastries. Lastly, we will end at a fresh seafood stall to sample traditionally prepared seafood.
