Late arrival will result in being denied entry and you will need to purchase a new ticket.

Please arrive at Winter Park one hour before your booking time to allow time for entrance formalities.

Buses from Winter Park will depart to Hegra 40 minutes before your booked time.

You will be dropped off at the Hegra welcome center for a briefing. After the briefing is completed, you can start your tour by taking the air-conditioned luxury coach.
