Join us to hunt for truffles in Alba, a countryside town in Cuneo, where truffles are local specialties. Learn about truffles and observe truffle-hunting dogs in action!

Tour Details

At the indicated time, we will meet at the parking of the Alba Cemetary. You will board your vehicle and follow the tour guide to the forest for your truffle-hunting adventure. Discover the secrets of the truffle, a renowned regional product.

Upon arrival, we will meet a truffle expert who will guide us and provide advice on truffle hunting. You will observe the expert's work and see the truffle-hunting dogs in action as they search for prized mushrooms. We will then set out into the mountains with the expert and their dogs during the hunt.

A simulated activity will take place where the expert has hidden truffles to demonstrate the truffle-hunting process. However, there is also a possibility of finding organically grown truffles in the area.

After the hour-and-a-half hunt, you will return to your vehicle, concluding your truffle-hunting experience.
