Truffle-Hunting Tour

Join us to hunt for truffles in Alba, a countryside town in Cuneo known for its truffle specialty. Learn about truffles and observe truffle-hunting dogs.

Tour Details

Meet at the parking of the Alba Cemetery at the designated time. From there, board your vehicle and follow the tour guide to the forest to begin the truffle-hunting adventure.

Upon arrival, you'll meet a truffle expert who will offer guidance on truffle hunting. Observe the expert's work and the specially trained truffle-hunting dogs as they search for these prized mushrooms. Then, we will head into the mountains for the hunt.

Participate in a simulated activity where the expert has hidden truffles to demonstrate the truffle-hunting process. Given the local abundance of truffles, there is a chance of discovering naturally grown truffles during the experience.

The hunting session lasts an hour and a half, after which you will return to your vehicle, concluding your truffle-hunting experience.
