Truffle-Hunting Tour

Join us to hunt for truffles in Alba, a countryside town in Cuneo, known for its truffles. Learn about truffles and observe truffle-hunting dogs in action.

Tour Details

At the designated time, we will meet at the parking of the Alba Cemetery. You will board the vehicle and follow the tour guide to the forest to begin the truffle-hunting adventure.

Upon arrival, we will meet the truffle expert who will provide guidance on truffle hunting. You will observe the expert's work closely and watch the specially trained truffle-hunting dogs search for these mushrooms. Then, we will set out into the mountains with our expert and dogs to hunt.

We will participate in a simulated activity where the expert has hidden truffles to demonstrate the truffle-hunting process. However, the region's natural abundance may allow for the discovery of organically grown truffles.

After this hour-and-a-half hunting session, you will return to your vehicle, concluding your truffle-hunting experience.
