Tour Details

We will pick you up at your selected location to begin this exploration of Banff National Park. The adventure starts with the Banff Gondola cable car to Sulphur Mountain, where you'll enjoy scenic views of Banff and the Rocky Mountains.

Next, we will visit the National Cave and Basin Historic Site, spending 30 minutes learning about the thermal waters that led to the park's creation in 1885. This area holds significant cultural and ecological history.

We will then head to Bow Falls and stroll along the Bow River. A stop at a viewpoint will allow you to take in views of the Banff Springs Hotel against the mountain backdrop.

Afterward, you'll see the Hoodoos rock formations and enjoy views of the Bow Valley. Following this, the Mount Norquay lookout will provide impressive vistas of Banff and Bow Valley. You'll have 1.5 hours of free time in Banff for exploration or dining.

At Lake Minnewanka, you will have between 30 minutes and 1 hour to enjoy the scenery, picnic, or rent a kayak or boat.

Finally, you'll have 1 hour to visit either Johnston Canyon or the Grassi Lakes. Both locations are ideal for a relaxed nature walk.

We'll return to your hotel after 10 to 12 hours.
