Albufeira Scuba Diving Introduction

At 1:45 pm, we'll meet at the dive center in the Albufeira Marina. An instructor will provide a brief theory lesson, followed by filling out a simple questionnaire. We will then proceed to the confined waters to begin training.

At the pool, you will learn to wear the diving equipment and practice basic exercises for comfortable movement in open water. You will learn to empty your mask, share air using an emergency regulator, and communicate underwater.

Following the exercises, we will board a boat at the harbor to reach the day's designated dive site along the coast. We will dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters for about half an hour, depending on air consumption, allowing you to explore the seabed of Albufeira and spot local fauna.

When it's time based on the pressure gauge, we will return to the boat and head back to the dive center, arriving at 5:30 pm.

After the last dive, wait at least 24 hours before flying or visiting high altitude areas. Be aware that the activity may be cancelled or modified due to adverse weather conditions.
