Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Albufeira to begin this day trip to Faro, Olhão, and Tavira. We will explore the walled center of Faro, the capital of the Algarve, featuring cobblestone streets and the Faro Cathedral, known for its stone facade and medieval tower offering views of the city. There will be free time to purchase a souvenir.
Next, we will travel to Olhão, where we will explore the fishing town on foot and visit the local market for regional products.
Our journey continues to Tavira, notable for its Roman bridge over the Gilão River and historic center. Here, you'll have an hour of free time for lunch to try Portuguese cuisine. After regrouping, we will stop for a picture at Vila Nova de Cacela Beach before returning to Albufeira.
We will conclude this 8-hour day trip at the starting point.
