At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Albufeira and head northwest to Silves, a journey of approximately 30 minutes.

In Silves, we'll explore its historic center and see the exterior of Silves Castle, one of the best-preserved Moorish fortresses in Portugal, with origins dating back to the 8th century. Nearby, we'll also visit the Cathedral, a Gothic-style building built over the remains of an ancient mosque.

Next, we will travel to Caldas de Monchique, known for its hot springs and scenic beauty. We'll explore this village and experience the tranquility that attracted the Romans.

Afterwards, we'll head to the Fóia de Monchique, the highest peak in the Algarve, for opportunities to take pictures of the valleys. If the weather is clear, the Atlantic Ocean will be visible.

The excursion will conclude around 1 pm with a drop-off at your hotel.
