If you're in Alcocéber, don't miss the opportunity to explore the hidden treasures nestled within the streets of Castellón de la Plana, capital of the province. Join us on this exciting excursion that promises to amaze!

Description

We'll meet at the designated time at Alcocéber's Tourist Office. There, we'll board a vehicle for our excursion to Castellón de la Plana.

After a 40-minute drive, we'll arrive in the provincial capital. Our exploration starts in Grao de Castellón, the coastal district and maritime hub, where you'll see the fishing port and the marina, showcasing the city’s seafaring traditions.

Next, we'll visit the New Port, featuring a lively square with restaurants and old shipyards turned casinos. Our route takes us to the historic city center, beginning with a stop at the Museum of Fine Arts, which houses an impressive collection.

We will proceed to the main square, where we will view the façade of the Santa María co-cathedral, an architectural blend of Valencian Gothic and other styles, along with the iconic bell tower, El Fadrí.

Our exploration includes notable buildings in the Plaza Mayor, such as the Town Hall and the Central Market of Castellón, a vibrant marketplace offering fresh local products and souvenirs.

Five hours later, our excursion to Castellón de la Plana concludes back at our starting point. Until next time!
