While in Alcocéber, a day trip to Morella is a must. Join us for a journey to one of the most picturesque towns in the province of Castellón and all of Spain.

Description

We'll meet at the Alcocéber Tourist Office and begin our excursion to Morella, lasting approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Upon arrival, we will start a guided tour of the city. At the top of the mountain, we will see the monumental Morella Castle and the town surrounded by ancient defensive walls.

As we explore Morella on foot, we will pass through archways, grand manors, charming boutiques, and the town's fortified gates. We will enter the ancient town through the San Miguel Gate.

We will then visit the Town Hall, a fifteenth-century building of significant historical relevance. After this, we will stop at a Miel Guimerá store for product tasting and souvenirs if desired.

Our tour continues to the Basilica of Santa María la Mayor, known for its Gothic architecture. We will explore the interior before allowing free time for lunch, providing an opportunity to try local cuisine.

10 hours after the trip begins, we will conclude our adventure back at the meeting point in Alcocéber.
