Our adventure begins after we meet up at the Alcocéber Tourist Office at the designated time, marking the beginning of our journey to Traiguera and Cervera del Maestre.

The first leg of the journey to Traiguera will span approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival, we'll visit an olive oil cellar, home to over 100 ancient olive trees, including the renowned Sinfo olive tree—one of the oldest in Europe.

Here, we'll delve into the processes of olive oil production and refinement, learning about the transformation of olives into oil. The visit will conclude with an olive oil tasting alongside local sausages.

Following our tasting, we'll proceed to Cervera del Maestre, where we'll explore the Oil Interpretation Center, encountering tools used in olive tree cultivation.

Our journey continues with a guided tour of Cervera del Maestre, highlighting its principal landmarks such as the Church of the Assumption, the medieval marketplace, and the exterior of the 12th-century castle.

Before returning to Alcocéber, we'll visit the esteemed Real Santuario Virgen Fuente de la Salud in Traiguera, a Cultural Interest site since 2007, exploring its history.

Our five-hour journey will conclude as we return to our starting point in Alcocéber.
