Description

The adventure begins at the Alcocéber Tourist Office at the designated time, marking the start of our journey to Traiguera and Cervera del Maestre.

The first leg to Traiguera lasts approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival, we will visit an olive oil cellar, featuring over 100 ancient olive trees, including the famous Sinfo olive tree, one of the oldest in Europe.

We will learn about olive oil production and refinement, concluding with an olive oil tasting, paired with local sausages.

Next, we head to Cervera del Maestre to explore the Oil Interpretation Center, where we will encounter tools used by farmers in olive tree cultivation, from extraction to packaging.

The journey continues with a guided tour of Cervera del Maestre, highlighting key landmarks such as the Church of the Assumption, the remnants of the medieval marketplace, and the exterior of the 12th-century castle.

Before returning to Alcocéber, we will revisit Traiguera to see the Real Santuario Virgen Fuente de la Salud, a Cultural Interest site since 2007, where we will learn about its history.

Our five-hour journey concludes as we return to our starting point in Alcocéber.
