Day Trip Details

We will meet at the Alcocéber Tourist Office at the specified time and depart for Morella. The road trip will take approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Upon arrival, a guided tour of the city will begin, featuring the impressive Morella Castle and the ancient defensive walls surrounding the town.

Our walking tour will include archways, grand manors, charming boutiques, and the fortified gates of the town. Entering through the iconic San Miguel Gate, we will explore the ancient heart of the town.

We will visit the Town Hall, a significant fifteenth-century building. Next, we will stop at a Miel Guimerá store to sample products and buy souvenirs if desired.

The tour will continue to the Basilica of Santa María la Mayor, notable for its Gothic architecture. We will tour the interior to appreciate its details. Lastly, there will be free time to enjoy lunch and try local cuisine.
