Tour Options

When booking, you can choose between the following options to visit the Quattrocieli Winery. Both include an English-speaking guide and a tasting of wine and local products.

Tour + Wine Tasting (1 Hour)

Meet at the entrance of the Quattrocieli Winery at 5 pm for a guided tour of the facilities. The tour covers the company's history and main winemaking techniques through videos.

Afterward, enjoy a tasting of three wines with Sicilian cured meats and cheeses and learn how to bottle, cork, and label a wine bottle.

Tour + Picnic (1.5 Hours)

Meet at 6 pm at the main gate of the Quattrocieli Winery to discuss the brand’s history and tradition and how wine is made.

Then, receive a picnic basket with local products, including salami and cheeses, vegetable couscous, cunzato bread, seasonal fruit.

Tour + Creating a Blend (1.5 Hours)

This option includes a visit to the winery and learning about winemaking techniques, followed by a tasting of 4 ecological wines. Learn how to create your own blend, analyzing different wine features with provided equipment. A Sicilian aperitif with bruschetta, cheese, and salami is included.

Tour + Wine Bottling (2 Hours)

Discover how wine is bottled with a tour of the winery. Taste 4 different wines, including one from the barrel, paired with a board of cured meats and bruschetta.

Learn about the bottling and labelling process and customize your label with your name and date for a unique souvenir.
