When arranging your visit, select from several options at Quattrocieli Winery. Each option includes an English-speaking guide as well as a wine and local product tasting. Details for each choice are provided below:

Tour + Wine Tasting (1 Hour)

We will convene at the entrance of Quattrocieli Winery at 5 pm to embark on a guided exploration of the facilities. During the tour, we will delve into the company's history and the primary techniques used in winemaking, supplemented by engaging videos.

Following the tour, we'll sample three wines paired with traditional Sicilian cured meats and cheeses. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to learn about bottling, corking, and labeling a bottle yourself, enhancing your knowledge and skills in wine.

Tour + Picnic (1.5 Hours)

For this second option, we will gather at 6 pm at the main entrance of the Quattrocieli Winery.

The experience will start with an overview of the brand's history and traditions, alongside insights into the winemaking process at this Sicilian winery. Explanatory videos will accompany our learning about the key techniques involved.

You will be provided with a delightful picnic basket filled with local specialties, such as salami, cheeses, vegetable couscous, cunzato bread, and seasonal fruits. Enjoy these delicious treats in a stunning setting!

Tour + Creating a Blend (1.5 Hours)

This option encompasses a winery visit where you will gain insights into essential winemaking practices. Following this, you'll partake in a tasting that includes four varieties of the finest ecological wines from Quattrocieli. You will have the chance to create your own blend!

Guided by our experts, you will learn how to assess various wine characteristics, allowing you to curate your own blend. We will supply you with the necessary tools and knowledge to craft your own wine, which you will then have the opportunity to taste. The experience will be paired with a Sicilian aperitif featuring bruschetta, cheese, and salami.

Tour + Wine Bottling (2 Hours)

Are you interested in the wine bottling process? This tour option reveals the secrets of winemaking as you explore the winery.

After the exploration, you will enjoy a tasting of four different wines, including one directly from the barrel. Identify the distinct flavors and aromas in each selection, accompanied by a meat and bruschetta platter.

At the conclusion of your experience, you will learn the bottling and labeling process for wines. You will even get to participate in this process! Customize your label with your name and the date of your visit, providing a cherished keepsake from your winery experience.
