Night Tour of Alghero + Coral Museum

On this night tour of Alghero, you'll explore the city's historic center and the Coral Museum, concluding with a wine tasting.

Night Tour Details

We will meet at the Piazza Porta Terra to begin our tour. The first stop will be at the Torre di Porta, remnants of the ancient protective walls. Next, we'll visit the Forte della Maddalena, a 16th-century defensive structure.

After crossing Piazza Civica, we will reach Piazza del Duomo to view the Cathedral of St. Mary the Immaculate. We will also explore the Jewish Quarter within the city walls.

Our next stop will be the Coral Museum, located in an Art Nouveau villa, where you'll learn about the city's connection to the Mediterranean's red coral, the Corallium Rubrum.

The tour concludes with a tasting of two regional wines at a bistro in the historic center. After approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, we will return to our starting point.
