Best of Algiers Tour

At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Algiers and drive to the old town of the Algerian capital.

The tour begins with a guided visit to the Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will explore its narrow streets and discuss the neighborhood's history related to Mediterranean trade.

The tour will continue at the Ketchaoua Mosque, dating back to the 15th century. We will stop to admire its façade, particularly the striking blue, green, and violet tiles.

Next, we will visit the minor Basilica of Our Lady of Africa, learning about its connections to the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde in Marseille while observing its exterior architecture.

From the steps of the Basilica, you'll experience a panoramic view of the Bay of Algiers. After enjoying the views, we will return to the city center for one hour of leisure time. Following lunch, we'll proceed to the Hamma Botanical Garden, a public park known for its floral aromas. The final stop will be at the Martyrs' Monument, inaugurated on the 20th anniversary of Algeria's Independence from France, where you can capture panoramic photos.

We will return to your hotel in Algiers at 5 pm.
