Description
Aceites Molisur is a significant olive oil company in Alhaurín el Grande, located on the outskirts of this town in Malaga. We will meet at the company's headquarters at the specified time.
The tour begins with a guided visit to the Olive Oil Museum, where we will see the old machinery used for production and learn how techniques have evolved. The historical significance of various components of the production process will also be discussed.
Following the museum visit, participants will enjoy a tasting of 3 extra-virgin olive oils. This session will focus on distinguishing their different nuances and aromas.
Subsequently, we will take a guided tour of the Aceites Molisur factory, where we will learn about the modern olive oil production process and observe the modern machinery currently in use.
The activity will conclude after a duration of 1.5 hours.
