Begin with a journey through the history of chocolate and turrón, exploring the origins of this beloved Christmas treat crafted in Jijona and Villajoyosa, influenced by the region's Arab heritage.
Questions about the ingredients, the creation process, and the significance of turrón during the holiday season will be addressed during this immersive culinary adventure. You will sample three chocolates from Villajoyosa and two turrones from Jijona.
