Join us for a day trip to Játiva, Onteniente, and Anna, where we will discover the history behind these towns in the Valencia province of Spain!

Játiva, Onteniente + Anna Day Trip

We'll meet in front of the Exhibition Hall of the Lonja del Pescado (Fish Market) and depart from Alicante for an exciting day trip into the mountains of Valencia. The trip will last approximately 1.5 hours until we reach Játiva castle, a Muslim fort located in the Sierra Vernissa. We will learn about its historical significance, having been occupied by Romans and Arabs, and its importance to the Aragonese crown.

After touring the castle, we'll proceed to Onteniente. Here, we will explore highlights such as the Duchess of Almodovar's Palace and the Arab and Christian Museum. The town is known for its tradition of textiles and its historical significance.

Next, we will visit Anna and the Palace of the Counts of Cervellón, known as the Alhambra of Valencia due to its intricate decor and layout.

We will then return to the bus and head back to Alicante, with an estimated arrival time of 7 hours later.
