Douro River Cruise Tour
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Rua da Praia de Pinhão dock to board a solar boat and enjoy a cruise along the Douro River.
As we sail, we'll navigate around Romaneira Point while taking in the landscapes of the centennial vineyards. We'll view the walls of tall rock formations and spot some of the region's most important vineyards.
Throughout the trip, we'll have a tasting of two wines from Adega de Favaios, a notable winery in this area of northern Portugal. The tasting will be accompanied by almonds, and we will learn how the wines of the Douro Valley are produced. If preferred, fresh grape juice is available as an alternative.
Finally, we'll return to the departure dock, concluding the activity after 1 hour.
