Barranco Beach Kayak Tour

Cliffs and tiny hidden grottoes await on our Barranco Beach Kayak Tour. We'll kayak along a relatively unknown part of Portugal's southern coast and admire views of the lush green landscape against the deep blue sea.

At the scheduled time, we'll meet on the Estrada da Praia and leave Carrapateira behind as we head towards Barranco Beach. It's time to row in the Atlantic Ocean!

Before we begin, we'll explain how to get into the kayaks and give you some tips on how to row properly. Once you've mastered the techniques, it will be time to put theory into practice.

We'll row along the coast of the western Algarve and pass by cliffs, hidden caves and picture-perfect spots. While we kayak, we'll admire views of this area's colourful landscape, composed of limestone, lush green vegetation, and the deep blue ocean.

During our kayak tour, we'll also enter some of the caves nestled underneath the cliffs, many of which are only accessible by sea.

After 2 hours 30 minutes, we'll return to shore and finish our kayak tour back at the meeting point in Carrapateira.
