Barranco Beach Paddle Surfing

Go on an adventure to a beautiful landscape sculpted with cliffs and caves on our Barranco Beach Paddle Surfing activity. We'll paddle to one of the most remote beaches in South Portugal and look out at incredible views.

Barranco Beach Paddle Surfing

At the scheduled time, we'll meet on Estrada da Praia and set off for Barranco Beach to explore its most beautiful spots.

Upon arrival at the beach, an introductory briefing on the correct use of paddleboards will be provided. You will have the opportunity to practice balance on the shore before we proceed to sea.

We will paddle surf along various points on the coast, passing cliffs and hidden grottoes. While paddling, you can admire stunning views of the colorful landscape. In this part of the Algarve, the light tones of the limestone and the ruins of a 17th-century fortress are prominent. For those daring enough, there is an option to jump into the water from the highest rocks.

During our paddle surfing experience, we will also explore some of the caves located under the cliffs, accessible only by sea, making it a unique adventure.

After 2 hours 30 minutes, we will conclude our paddle surfing activity and return to the meeting point in Carrapateira.
