Barranco Beach Paddle Surfing

Join us for a paddle surfing activity at Barranco Beach, a remote beach in South Portugal known for its stunning cliffs and caves. We will gather at Estrada da Praia at the scheduled time before heading to the beach.

Upon arrival, a brief introduction on how to properly use the paddleboards will be provided. There will be an opportunity to practise balancing on the shore before we depart for the water.

We will explore various coastal points, passing by cliffs and hidden grottoes, while enjoying remarkable views of the local landscape. In this region of the Algarve, the light tones of limestone and the remains of a 17th-century fortress are particularly striking. For the adventurous, there is an option to jump into the water from the highest rocks.

Additionally, we will venture into some caves located beneath the cliffs, many of which are accessible only by sea, providing a distinctive experience. The paddle surfing activity lasts for 2 hours and 30 minutes, concluding with a return to the meeting point in Carrapateira.
