At the specified time, we will meet on the outskirts of Brihuega to begin the tour around the lavender fields. We will start at the Brihuega lavender field, where we will learn about the conditions and care necessary for lavender growth throughout the year. The guide will share insights into the significance of lavender in Brihuega while we take photos in the purple fields. After the visit, participants will drive to a distiller in Cogollor.

At the distillery, we will observe the extraction process of lavender essential oil, surrounded by the scent of lavender. The tour concludes with a gift made from lavender, a memorable keepsake from Brihuega.
