At the scheduled time, we'll gather on the outskirts of Brihuega to begin this tour around lavender fields. The visit starts at the Brihuega lavender field, where we will explore the characteristics of this aromatic plant native to the province of Guadalajara. A guide will explain the necessary growing conditions and annual care for lavender.

We'll discuss the significance of lavender in Brihuega and capture photos while walking through the purple fields. After the visit, you'll drive to a distiller in Cogollor following the guide.
