Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at your hotel in Almaty to begin our walking tour of the city. Our first stop will be in the Zenkov Cathedral, located in Panfilov Park. This colorful wooden cathedral is one of the city's most important monuments, and you'll admire its unique architecture while strolling through the peaceful surroundings of the park.

We'll then visit the Green Bazaar, a lively market where we will see local life and try traditional Kazakh cuisine, including fruit, nuts, dairy products, and typical dishes like kurt or baursak .

Next, we'll head to Kok-Tobe Hill, the highest spot in the city. You can choose to take a cable car ride to enjoy impressive scenic views or grab a drink at one of the cafés while taking in the sights.

Continuing our journey, we'll visit Republic Square, where we'll share the history of the city and country while admiring the Independence Monument. Lastly, we'll take a walk on Arbat Street, a pedestrian area full of stores, cafés, and street art, an ideal spot to enjoy the local ambiance!

We'll conclude our tour and return to your hotel after approximately 6 hours.
