At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Bodegas Romale winery in Almendralejo for a guided tour of this modern wine and cava-producing estate. Almendralejo, the capital of the Extremadura region of Tierra de Barros, features a terrain perfect for growing grapes due to its nutrient-rich red clay soils and the optimal climate characterized by hot summers and cold winters.

We'll visit the facilities of Bodegas Romale, one of the most innovative wineries in Extremadura, and learn how they produce their Tempranillo D.O. Ribera del Guadiana wine using modern techniques, including the Ganymede system. The winery has a storage capacity of up to 18 million liters.

After the visit, we'll proceed to the tasting room to sample a cava and a wine. You will learn the basics of enology to distinguish the aromas, colors, and persistence of the wine.

The tour will conclude 2 hours after the meeting.
