Your adventure begins at Cabo de Gata Beach, where you will board a classic 80s 4x4. From here, the journey through the Cabo de Gata salt flats and wetlands commences. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to spot various advertisements and film scenes that have been captured in this stunning region of Almeria.

The tour includes a visit to the iconic salt flats of Cabo de Gata, known not just for their economic significance but also for the diverse birdlife populating the wetlands in and around this area. Shortly after, we will reach San Miguel beach. You will glide past the Cabo de Gata dunes, a filming location for the classic film Lawrence of Arabia, and the historic mining village of Las Salinas.

Continuing our journey, we’ll navigate past the Sirenas Reef and the majestic lighthouse of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. Our next stop will be the stunning Vela Blanca viewpoint, where you can disembark the 4x4 for a photo opportunity and perhaps enjoy a refreshing swim during the summer months. The route back takes us through the interior of the salt flats, where an abandoned farmhouse awaits our discovery.
